QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY - A WAY OF LIFE
We collect raw seafood from finishing harbours and bring it to the factory in insulated vehicles. The quality control section tests the seafood to ensure its acceptability for production. After approval the raw material is washed and brought to the re-processing unit where the material is pre-processed as per the requirement, graded, weighed, washed and then brought to the processing section. Here it gets checked thoroughly, weighed, glazed, filled in poly bags and made ready for freezing. After freezing, the product is packed and labelled accordingly and kept in the cold store. Regular Organoleptic & bacteriological inspection tests are carried out on the finished products. After ensuring the products meets all parameters of export worthy products,they are shipped in refrigerated containers.
Adriatic has an in-house quality control department and our experts do strict quality inspections from the first stage of raw material collection to the final stage of packaging and shipment. We always ensure that hygienic packaging of our products is done and national and international standards are maintained in our product range. In fact every consignment is thoroughly inspected and certified by our quality control department before packaging to ensure quality.We implement innovative quality control methods to keep our products fresh and healthy and also strictly follow HACCP program.
